RLB Maintenance is an owner-run commercial cleaning and floor care company based in Toronto, working in warehouses, distribution centres and offices across the GTA.

Roxana Barraco started RLB Maintenance in 2005. Before that she worked in commercial cleaning and in cold room cleaning, and she ran her own bakery. Cold rooms and a working kitchen teach you that cleaning is a food-safety job before it is a tidiness job, which is why the cafeteria and lunchroom standard on this site is not an afterthought.
She still walks every new site herself, writes the scope, and is on the other end of the emergency number.
We stay small on purpose. It is how the same crew shows up at the same building every night, and how a problem raised on Tuesday is fixed on Tuesday.
