What people ask before the walkthrough.

No. It helps to know your square footage and how many washrooms you have, but we measure and count on the day.

We can give a range. A firm number needs a walkthrough, because a floor plan does not show floor condition, clutter or how the building is actually used.

Not for us. Most of our clients came from another company. Book the walkthrough for a time when the building is quiet and nobody needs to know.
