How we work

Written down before we start. Checked every visit.

Cleaning goes wrong in the gaps between what was promised and what was written. We close the gaps in writing, then inspect against the sheet.

From first call to month one

Six steps, none of them a surprise.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

Thirty to forty-five minutes at your building, at a time that suits it. We measure, count washrooms, note floor types and traffic, and ask what is not working with your current cleaner.

  2. 02

    Written scope

A task-and-frequency sheet, area by area: what gets done every visit, weekly, monthly and quarterly. You mark it up. Nothing starts until it is right.

  3. 03

    Fixed monthly price

One number that covers the scope, labour, equipment and products. Consumables are itemized separately so you can see them. The price holds for twelve months.

  4. 04

    Onboarding

Keys and alarm handover, your site orientation, insurance and WSIB paperwork to your file, and a first deep clean so the nightly scope starts from a clean baseline.

  5. 05

    Every visit

Sign in, work the sheet in the same order, sign out. A short visit note goes to your inbox if anything was skipped, broken or worth your attention.

  6. 06

    Every month

A supervisor inspects the building against your scope sheet and calls you: what is working, what you want changed. Changes go on the sheet, not in someone's memory.

What you get in writing

Paperwork your head office will ask for, ready before they ask.

  • Your scope sheet: tasks and frequencies by area, signed by both of us
  • Certificate of insurance, with your company or building named as additional insured on request
  • WSIB clearance certificate, refreshed every 90 days
  • Product list and safety data sheets for everything we use in your building
  • An emergency contact card: the owner's direct number and the crew lead's
  • Monthly inspection notes you can forward to tenants, residents or head office
