Washrooms stocked. Desks untouched.
Cleaning for single-tenant offices, business units, and the common areas of commercial and condo buildings. After hours, or during the day when that works better.

The two complaints every office manager gets, handled first.
Ask facility managers what they hear about most and it is empty dispensers and washrooms, every time. So the washrooms are the first thing our crew does on every visit, while they are freshest: fixtures disinfected, dispensers filled, bins out, floor mopped, and a check that nothing is dripping, stuck or out.
Everything else is done to the same sheet, every visit, in the same order. Consistency is the whole product.
- Washrooms disinfected and restocked every visit; descaled and detailed monthly
- Kitchens: counters, sink, appliance exteriors, tables, floors, bins
- Desks and workstations: cleared surfaces only, touchpoints, nothing moved
- Glass partitions, entrance doors and interior windows
- Vacuuming, dust mop and damp mop, entrance mats
- Waste and recycling out, liners replaced

What a nightly office scope looks like.
Every building gets its own sheet, written at the walkthrough. This is the shape of a typical one.
| Area | What we do | How often |
|---|---|---|
| Washrooms | Disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, counters and touchpoints; restock; empty bins; mop | Every visit |
| Descale fixtures, detail partitions, grout and vents | Monthly | |
| Kitchens | Counters, sink, tables, appliance exteriors, floors, bins | Every visit |
| Fridge and microwave interiors (with your sign-off) | Monthly | |
| Workstations | Cleared desk surfaces, phones, keyboards on request, chair arms, bins | Every visit |
| Meeting rooms | Tables, chairs, glass, whiteboard trays, screens dusted | Every visit |
| Floors | Vacuum carpet; dust mop and damp mop hard floors; entrance mats | Every visit |
| Carpet spot treatment; hard floor burnish or scrub and recoat | Monthly or quarterly | |
| Glass and doors | Entrance glass, partitions, door handles and push plates | Every visit |
| Common areas | Lobby, corridors, elevators, stairwells, mail and garbage rooms | Every visit |
| Detail | High dusting, vents, blinds, baseboards | Monthly |
Frequencies are set with you at the walkthrough and written into the scope. Anything not on the sheet is quoted before it is done.
The room your staff eat in should be the cleanest one in the building.
Lunchrooms and cafeterias are cleaned to a food-area standard, not an office standard: tables and chairs wiped and sanitized, counters and sinks scrubbed, appliance exteriors degreased, floors scrubbed or mopped with a food-safe product, bins emptied and liners replaced every visit. Fridge and microwave interiors are cleared and cleaned on a schedule you set, with your sign-off before anything is thrown out.
